Present Yourself with Impact: CV, Interview & Self-Branding Skills

This workshop helps participants connect their personal professional profile with real market expectations, with a focus on transferable skills.

Participants reflect on their DISC profile to clarify their working style, motivations, and preferred environments, then analyse real LinkedIn job descriptions to understand role requirements, competencies, and behavioural expectations. Through guided exercises, they assess role fit, and identify skill gaps.

Special attention is given to professional self-presentation: translating strengths into market-relevant skills, understanding how recruiters read job descriptions and LinkedIn profiles, and learning how to present oneself clearly and confidently in both online profiles and interviews.

The workshop includes individual reflection and action planning, to enable participants to define concrete next steps toward roles that better match their profile and career goals.
