This 4-hour workshop aims at equipping you with the ability to better understand yourself, and to adapt to the various stakeholders, especially non-technical, in order to be effective and successful in your business undertakings.

Catherine Federspiel graduated from The University of Sydney and Macquarie University (Australia), majoring in Management, International Business, and Applied Finance. She began her career at The Westpac Banking Corporation in Sydney in 2007, where she held roles as a Project Manager and Strategy Manager, focusing on topics ranging from continuous improvement to merger activities.
In 2011, Catherine returned to Luxembourg and joined KPMG’s consulting team before moving to Spuerkeess. There, she held various roles, including Relationship Manager in Corporate and Institutional Banking and Deputy Head of Human Resources. Over the years, she has been a trusted advisor to executive teams on corporate strategy, with a particular strength in aligning business goals with human capital.
For the past five years, Catherine has focused on recruitment, coaching, and strategic advisory across SMEs, multinationals, and the public sector. She specialises in identifying top talent for key positions.
