Finding your path: getting to know yourself better, exploring careers, building your career path
This three-session learning track offers a progressive and structured journey to support participants in their reflection and career planning.
Beginning with self-awareness through the DISC model, participants gain a deeper understanding of their working style, motivations and preferred professional environments. They then move on to an in-depth analysis of their alignment with the job market by exploring real LinkedIn job descriptions to identify role requirements, key competencies and behavioural expectations.
Through a combination of interactive activities, role-playing, group discussions and individual reflection exercises, participants assess their fit for targeted roles, identify skills gaps, and clarify their professional aspirations. By the end of the track, they leave with a clearer vision of their strengths and a concrete action plan to move towards a role that truly suits them.
This track is particularly well suited to individuals who are reorienting, exploring or transitioning their careers, whether or not they have a technical background.
