Accessibility Statement

The reporting organisation, Digital Learning Hub, is committed to making its website accessible in accordance with the law of 28 May 2019 on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public sector organisations. This accessibility statement applies to: https://www.dlh.lu/

What is digital accessibility?

Everyone should be able to easily use and consult the information on a website or an app, in particular people with disabilities and/or using assistive software or specialised equipment (blind, partially sighted or otherwise disabled people).

Compliance

This website is partially compliant with European standard EN 301 549 and the Web Accessibility Evaluation Framework (RAWeb) v1 that implements it, due to the elements listed below.

Non-accessible content

The content listed below is not accessible for the following reason(s):

General accessibility issues:

  • Some PDF documents may not be properly tagged and therefore not fully readable by screen readers.
  • Certain interactive components, such as dynamic forms, may not announce validation errors correctly to assistive technologies.
  • A few images may lack meaningful alternative text or have it when they shouldn't.
  • Some text contrasts may not meet minimum requirements.
  • Keyboard navigation may be limited in some sections, especially with embedded content.
  • Some content is indicated as english although the content is in a mixed language.
  • Content is not provided in simplified language form.

Due to the use of Odoo’s e-commerce platform, the following additional limitations apply:

  • Navigation menus may not be fully accessible via keyboard.
  • Form inputs (e.g. checkout forms, contact forms) may not provide real-time accessibility feedback.
  • Product listings and filters may not announce dynamic changes to screen readers (e.g. when filters are applied).
  • Modals/popups, such as cookie banners or login dialogs, may not trap focus correctly or may be difficult to close via keyboard alone or may close after several seconds on their own.
  • Some captcha mechanisms used during checkout or registration may not offer accessible alternatives.
  • The shopping cart and checkout process may lack clear guidance for assistive technology users (e.g. screen reader hints, proper reading order).

The Digital Learning Hub is working with the Odoo integrators to mitigate these limitations where possible, either by customising templates or applying accessibility patches.

Disproportionate burden

Nothing to report.

Exempt content

Certain third-party widgets embedded in the website are outside the scope of the applicable legislation. We cannot guarantee their accessibility.

Preparation of this accessibility statement

This statement was prepared on 30 September 2025. The declarations contained in this statement are accurate and based on an actual evaluation of this website compliance with the requirements defined in RAWeb 1 , such as a self-assessment done by the Digital Learning Hub.

Feedback and contact information

If you notice a lack of accessibility, send us an email to accessibility@dlh.lu: describe your problem and specify the page on which it occurred. We commit to replying to you within 1 month. Within reasonable limits, the correction of the accessibility issue will preferably be carried out online such as to remedy the problem in a sustainable way. Should this not be possible, the information you requested can be made available to you in an accessible format of your choice: in writing in a document or email; orally in an interview or by phone.

Enforcement procedure

Should the reply be unsatisfactory, you also have the possibility of informing the Information and Press Service, the body responsible for supervising accessibility, via its online complaint form or the Ombudsperson, the mediator of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
