Finding Your Path: Connecting Personality, Skills, and Future Careers
In a rapidly changing job market, knowing yourself is just as important as understanding what recruiters are looking for. This workshop helps participants get to know themselves better while discovering the real demands and opportunities of the job market.
Through guided exercises, group work, and analysis of real job offers, participants explore how their working style (using the DISC model) can align with different roles in the job market, whether technical, non-technical, or hybrid.
They identify the key skills required, the personality traits sought, and the gaps to be filled. They leave with greater clarity about their positioning and a personalized roadmap for moving towards the role that suits them best.
