Collaborative Leadership in Digital Transformation Projects

Your challenge as a leader is to not only communicate the change but also to motivate people to be part of the change. This workshop is designed to equip you with the essential tools and insights you need to become an effective change leader, able to guide your organisation and your people through periods of transition.

- Developing communication strategies for change.
- Methods for motivating and empowering employees.
- Techniques for overcoming resistance to change.
- Practical tools for leading a team through a transition.

- Having previously attended the Communication in Change Management: The Art of Persuading, Inspiring and Connecting and Digital Transformation from Within: Culture as the Catalyst for Change workshops is warmly recommended.
