It is the art of persuading, inspiring and connecting. This interactive workshop is designed to take your communication skills to the next level and thereby improving your relationships. The psychometric tool Lumina will be used.
Content
This training will address the following topics:
- Introduction to Communication Skills
- Understanding the Lumina Spark Model
- Applying Lumina Spark to improve communication and relationships
- Practical exercises and case studies

By the end of this training, participants will be able to:
- Identify and analyze their own communication style.
- Understand how to use the Lumina Spark model to enhance communication.
- Apply new skills to build and maintain effective relationships.
