UX Audit Essentials: Evaluating Your Design Through Usability Criteria
During this course, participants will learn foundations of doing usability and user experience (UX) audits. They will gain an understanding of usability criteria, such as the 10 heuristics and Gestalt principles, and learn how to build an evaluation grid to conduct an UX audit on their own. The course will also cover how to write an analysis report with structured results, strategic recommendations and a project roadmap.
