Requirements Engineering & Business Analysis for IT Applications - Better understand customer requirements to successfully deliver a business IT application

This 35-hour learning track, divided into three complementary modules, focuses on the role of the Business Analyst in understanding stakeholder needs and translating them into clear, structured, and actionable requirements for business IT applications.

Participants will learn how to identify and analyse business objectives, elicit and document stakeholder requirements, produce high-quality requirements specifications, and apply modelling techniques to improve communication and precision throughout the requirements engineering process.

The programme combines internationally recognised requirements engineering practices with practical exercises and case studies, providing participants with the knowledge and tools needed to contribute effectively to the successful delivery of business-oriented information systems.

The learning track is aligned with the principles and practices promoted by the International Requirements Engineering Board (IREB) and can serve as a foundation for participants considering professional certification.
