Personal Branding

Building on the soft skills developed in the previous modules, this training focuses on how professionals can use communication, self-awareness and positioning as strategic soft skills to strengthen their professional presence in digital environments.

In today’s digital industry, being skilled is no longer enough. Professionals are expected to clearly communicate their value, contribute to their ecosystem and build credibility over time. Personal branding is not about visibility for its own sake, but about aligning how you communicate with the value you bring in your professional environment.

This module is structured around two complementary dimensions: strategy and activation.

In the first part, participants will develop a strategic understanding of personal branding. They will learn how to identify their strengths, define a clear positioning and structure a professional narrative aligned with their objectives and environment.

In the second part, participants will focus on activation. Through practical exercises and real-life scenarios, they will explore how to apply personal branding principles in concrete contexts such as professional interactions, collaborative environments or industry events. Particular attention will be given to platforms like LinkedIn, as a key tool to express positioning, share expertise and attract professional opportunities.

This training is designed for digital professionals, junior talents and anyone looking to strengthen their visibility, credibility and professional impact in a digital context.
