How to apply AI to your daily tasks (ChatGPT, Copilot & Gemini)

This course provides a comprehensive understanding of AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and Gemini. Starting at a beginner level, we will show you how to easily create customised AI assistants that help you with your daily tasks.

The course is a full day of learning and applying techniques that will enable you to get high-quality and consistent outputs from AI tools. No technical knowledge or coding skills are required for the course and you will leave the session with a strong understanding of prompting techniques and how to apply them to your day-to-day tasks.

This course is ideal for non-technical individuals/professionals with a desire to learn how to use generative AI tools effectively.

No prior technical knowledge needed

The hands-on part of the workshop works best when you can experiment with your own material. Before you arrive, please ensure you have local or cloud access to whichever resources suit you, for example:

  • If you often write reports: a recent report and the spreadsheet or data it’s built from
  • If you're looking for a job: your CV and any role descriptions you’re tailoring it to
  • Anything you normally work on and would like to try using AI for

You are also welcome to bring your own laptop to use during the course.
