Homo Promptus – Transform the Way You Work with AI
|
AI is transforming every profession, yet most people use it without intention, discernment, or a clear understanding of its impact on their thinking and decision-making. This workshop goes beyond tool training. It equips participants with a structured approach to working with AI as a cognitive partner, augmenting their ability to analyse, design, decide, create, and improve, while retaining full professional accountability. Designed for anyone navigating the AI-augmented professional world (job seekers, career changers, graduates, employees in the public or private sector, and self-employed professionals, and business or team leaders who must guide AI adoption within their teams), this course builds practical AI confidence, critical discernment (identifying bias, hallucinations, ethical risks), and communication skills for human-AI collaboration. Participants also gain an introduction to AI agents and how to select and manage them within professional workflows. The approach is human-centric, responsible, and immediately applicable, positioning participants as thoughtful, credible professionals in any AI-augmented organisation. |

Training Method
Blended pedagogy: 30% concept framing, 50% hands-on practice, 20% reflection and debate. The day is structured around an individual Transformation Notebook that each participant builds in sequence, from their Contextual AI Profile and professional-sense diagnostic, through applied augmentation exercises and agent selection, to a final 30-day action plan. Each module follows a consistent rhythm: concept framing, applied workshop with real generative AI tools and professional scenarios, and collective debrief. Participants work individually and in pairs/small groups on concrete tasks. The trainer provides frameworks, live demonstrations, guided exercises, and structured reflection prompts. Participants leave with a complete, personal artefact they can use immediately, not notes from a training, but a structured transformation roadmap.
