In this hands-on session, participants will move beyond the basics of Gmail, Docs, and Sheets to discover advanced integration features, automation tips, and "hidden gem" applications like Google Sites, Vids, and Keep. We will also explore how to safely extend the platform with third-party add-ons to create a seamless digital work environment.

· Gmail Mastery: Advanced search operators, filters, automation labels, templates, and native Mail Merge (Multi-send).
· Calendar 2.0: Appointment schedules (booking pages), layering calendars, and managing hybrid work locations.
· The Productivity Ecosystem: Using Drive Mobile to scan/digitize documents (OCR), Keep for shared project notes/checklists, and Tasks for managing personal priorities.
Security & Identity
· Digital Hygiene: Using the Password Manager, Google Wallet for business credentials, and performing a Security Checkup.
Next-Gen Collaboration
· Smart Canvas: Using "Chips" (People, File, Date) to connect data across Docs and Sheets.
· Advanced Drive Features: Approvals workflow (locking documents for signature) and version management.
The "Hidden" Creative Tools
· Google Sites: Building internal project dashboards or client portals without code.

Training Method
This course uses a "demonstrate and do" approach. The instructor presents a feature or workflow (e.g., creating a booking page in Calendar), and participants immediately replicate it within their own Google Workspace environments. Real-world scenarios are used to ensure the skills are directly applicable to professional environments.
Participants will optimize their daily workflows by configuring advanced Gmail automation and managing complex schedules with Appointment Pages, while securing their accounts via a full Security Checkup. They will also master next-generation collaboration tools, including using Smart Canvas in Docs and Sheets, building no-code internal dashboards with Google Sites, and creating professional video updates with Google Vids.
