This three-session learning track offers a progressive and structured experience to support participants in their reflection and career planning in a world of work transformed by artificial intelligence.

Starting with self-awareness through the DISC model, participants then discover the main professions related to data and AI, before conducting an in-depth analysis of their own suitability for the job market. Through interactive activities, role-playing, group discussions and individual reflection exercises, they leave with a clearer vision of their aspirations, their strengths, and the concrete steps they need to take to move towards a role that suits them.

This track is particularly suited to people who are reorienting, exploring or transitioning their careers, whether or not they have a technical background.

Explore your work style, motivations and areas for improvement using the DISC model. This first session lays the foundations for a career path that aligns with your personality.

• Session 2: Navigating the Data Universe, Exploring Key Data Roles

Immerse yourself in the ecosystem of data and AI professions. Understand the roles, required skills and possible career paths, and take part in an immersive workshop to experience a role from the inside.

• Session 3: Finding Your Path: Connecting Personality, Skills, and Future Careers

Analyse real job offers, identify the roles that best suit you, and build a roadmap to move forward towards a career that matches your DISC profile.
