Finding Your Path: Connecting Personality, Skills, and Future Careers
In a rapidly changing job market, particularly in the field of artificial intelligence, knowing yourself is just as important as understanding what recruiters are looking for. This workshop helps participants get to know themselves better while discovering the real demands and opportunities of the job market.
Through guided exercises, group work, and analysis of real job offers, participants explore how their working style (using the DISC model) can align with different roles in AI, whether technical, non-technical, or hybrid.
They identify the key skills required, the personality traits sought, and the gaps to be filled. They leave with greater clarity about their positioning and a personalized roadmap for moving towards the role that suits them best.
Content
The workshop content is tailored to the profiles, needs and level of advancement of the participants. It focuses on the following areas:
- Me at work: my sources of motivation and things to avoid in a job.
- Analysis of job offers in the AI sector in small groups based on real advertisements
- Group discussion on the different roles, the profiles sought, the types of questions asked in job interviews, and practical advice on how to prepare well, promote yourself and present yourself effectively
- Individual reflection on profile/role suitability: Choice of position(s) that resonate, DISC strengths that can be leveraged, gaps to be filled, concrete action plan.
