Facilitation: Designing the human conditions for decision and action

SOUTH Facilitation is a practical and decision-oriented masterclass designed to help professionals facilitate complex discussions, workshops, and strategic conversations more effectively. In many organizations, meetings and workshops generate engagement and ideas but fail to produce clear decisions, ownership, or action. This training introduces facilitation as a leadership practice focused on creating the human conditions for clarity, alignment, commitment, and meaningful progress.

Through concrete group exercises and practical facilitation tools, participants will learn how to clarify decisions, read power dynamics, manage participation, adapt their facilitation posture, and guide groups from discussion to action. The training introduces the SOUTH Facilitation Framework (5P Model).

This masterclass is intended for managers, team leaders, project managers, consultants, Scrum Masters, facilitators, UX professionals, transformation leaders, HR professionals, and anyone responsible for leading workshops, meetings, collaborative sessions, or decision-making processes in professional environments.
