Content
This training will cover the following:
- Introduction to Organisational Culture
- Understanding of behavioural impact
- Developing a strategy to build and maintain the desired culture
- Practical exercises and case studies for implementation

By the end of this training, participants will be able to:
- Analyze and define their organizational culture.
- Gain an understanding of how individual behaviors impact company culture.
- Apply new skills to implement and sustain a desired organizational culture.

- Basic knowledge of interpersonal communication is helpful but not required.
- Having previously attended the Communication in Change Management: The Art of Persuading, Inspiring and Connecting workshop is warmly recommended.
