Learning Outcomes
By the end of the course, learners will be able to
- showcase their work on a complete design sprint from start to finish (understanding each stage by practicing it)
- tackle a practical use case with a project team
- build and test a low-definition prototype based on user feedback
- perform facilitation methods and tools, inspired by Pauline Thomas’s collaborative approach
- adapt the sprint to different contexts, constraints, and team sizes,
- confidently run their own sprints within their organization
