On completion of this course, participants will be able to :

· Distinguish a cyber incident from a cyber crisis.

· Identify key response steps.

· Assess when crisis management is needed.

· Communicate with relevant stakeholders.

· Apply lessons learned from simulations.

The course combines short explanations, group discussions, and practical simulations. Participants will practise identifying cyber incidents, coordinating response actions, and communicating during a crisis.
