Communication, feedback and conflict management

As middle managers step into leadership roles, clear communication and confident handling of feedback and conflict become critical. This 4-hour module introduces practical frameworks and tools that managers can apply immediately in daily conversations, performance discussions, and difficult situations.

Through short theory bursts and guided practice, participants explore how to communicate clearly, provide actionable feedback, and intervene constructively when issues arise. The module emphasizes accountability and aims at laying a foundation for future modules on operational leadership.

Training Method

Short conceptual inputs and theories, demonstration of tools, pair and small group exercises, case-based discussions from reality in a safe environment, reflection and action planning for transfer to work.
