AI Beyond the Hype: The Executive Compass for Data & AI Transformation
Most AI training on the market is either deeply technical (data science,
data governance) or purely strategic (AI strategy, AI literacy); leaving a gap
for the people who must decide between the two. This executive briefing closes
that gap. Without requiring any technical background, it gives senior leaders a
shared vocabulary for AI and data, a structured framework for right-sizing AI
initiatives to their organisation's real needs and maturity, and the confidence
to challenge or approve AI investments without fear of being seen to ask a
“basic” question.
Participants work through realistic decision scenarios, leave with a reusable
decision canvas, and gain a clear view of how AI is reshaping leadership roles,
team structures, and the skills their organisation will need next. The session
is designed for C-level executives, senior managers, and board members across
any sector; anyone responsible for AI- or data-related decisions, regardless of
their starting point.
