Train the Trainer - Learning Development
This immersive program equips participants with the mindset, methods, and practical tools to design and deliver impactful learning experiences. Through interactive workshops, peer feedback, and real-life simulations, future trainers develop their facilitation skills, strengthen their public speaking confidence, and learn to evaluate training quality - building a strong, shared training culture aligned with the company’s values and DNA.

Day 1 – Trainer Mindset & Pedagogical Foundations
- Understanding the trainer’s role and expectations
- The OCMA method: Objectives, Content, Methods, Assessment
- The educational triangle: Content, Format, Relationship
- Workshop: Design your own training plan and define a “Learning Compass”
Day 2 – Learner Anchoring & Public Speaking
- Recap and consolidation of Day 1 learnings
- Public speaking with the SUCCES model
- Workshop: Deliver a 3-minute speech and practice constructive feedback
Day 3 – Evaluating Quality & Enhancing Learning
- Co-creating a quality evaluation grid
- Using feedback to continuously improve training
- Workshop: Observe and evaluate a simulated session
