Day 1 – Trainer Mindset & Pedagogical Foundations

• Understanding the trainer’s role and expectations
• The OCMA method: Objectives, Content, Methods, Assessment
• The educational triangle: Content, Format, Relationship
• Workshop: Design your own training plan and define a “Learning Compass”

Day 2 – Learner Anchoring & Public Speaking

• Recap and consolidation of Day 1 learnings
• Public speaking with the SUCCES model
• Workshop: Deliver a 3-minute speech and practice constructive feedback

Day 3 – Evaluating Quality & Enhancing Learning

• Co-creating a quality evaluation grid
• Using feedback to continuously improve training
• Workshop: Observe and evaluate a simulated session
