Supercharge Your Creative Workflows with Al

Hands-on training for designers and builders to 5x output,

sharpen insights, and manage projects smarter

Goal

The training aims to equip participants with practical skills to use AI tools effectively for research, reporting, and project management. By moving beyond superficial applications, they will learn structured workflows that increase productivity and transform insights into tangible outputs such as briefs, dashboards, or prototypes.

Approach

The training follows a hands-on and project-based method. Using tools like Notion, Google NotebookLM, ChatGPT, and Perplexity, participants will work step by step through the design and research process. Short inputs, group exercises, and peer learning create space for experimentation, while critical reflection ensures a responsible and effective use of AI.

Format

Pre-Training - online

  • Kick-off Call - Align goals, expectations, and tools in use,
  • Pre-Quiz & Self-Check - Capture baseline knowledge and needs,
  • Preparation Kit - Curated reading, videos, and tool setup

During 2 days in-person Training

  • Tailored Exercises - Adapt cases to your organization's context,
  • Knowledge Checks - Interactive quizzes to reinforce learning,
  • Team Sparring - Work on participants' real projects.

Post-Training - online

  • Post-Quiz & Report - Measure learning progress and outcomes,
  • Follow-up Call - Support early implementation in daily work,
  • Coaching feedback and mentoring.

For beginners or intermediates, covering the full process from research to synthesis, prototyping, and presentation.

Learning Outcomes

Execute a complete AI-driven workflow, independently navigating the full cycle of research, synthesis, practical application for any project.

Engineer high-precision prompts and validation checkpoints to maintain output consistency while proactively identifying and correcting model limitations.

Establish and manage collaborative AI knowledge bases that serve as a single, organized source of truth for design and project management teams.

Generate "work-ready" tangible outputs, such as comprehensive briefs or prototypes, that are ready for immediate integration into your professional practice.
