This training helps participants to develop a better understanding of themselves in order to communicate more effectively with others. Through practical exercises and guided reflection, participants explore their personal strengths, preferred ways of perceiving situations, and natural communication patterns.

Content

1. Relational Positions and Adaptability

Participants explore different relational positions and how these influence the quality of interpersonal exchanges. The focus is on understanding how to remain constructive, flexible and effective in various communication situations.

2. Perceptions and Personal Strengths

Participants identify how they naturally perceive situations and what personal strengths they tend to rely on in their interactions. The objective is to better understand their own communication preferences and recognize that others may function differently.

3. The Elevator Exercise

Through a practical exercise, participants learn how to communicate clearly, concisely and appropriately in a short amount of time. This activity helps them structure their message and adjust it to their audience.

4. Communication Channels: Verbal and Non-Verbal Language

Participants discover the importance of communication channels, including verbal language, tone, posture, facial expressions and

non-verbal signals. They learn how these elements influence the way messages are received and interpreted.

5. Let’s communicate better exercice & Closing

Learning Outcomes

By the end of the training, participants will be able to:

  • Identify their own communication preferences and personal strengths.
  • Better understand how their perception influences the way they communicate with others.
  • Recognize different relational positions and their impact on interpersonal exchanges.
