Quantum Computing Academy : From Stress to Connection
This training module helps participants understand how motivation, recognition and unmet psychological needs influence behaviour, communication and stress reactions. Participants explore different sources of motivation and learn how to support both their own well-being and the motivation of others in a professional environment. The module also focuses on the link between frustration, stress and miscommunication, helping participants identify early warning signs before tension escalates. Through practical exercises, group discussions and applied scenarios, participants learn how to communicate more effectively under pressure, prevent misunderstandings and restore healthier interactions when stress appears.
Content
1. Introduction to Motivation and Psychological Needs
Participants discover the different psychological needs that influence motivation, engagement and communication. The objective is to understand what drives people positively and what may create frustration when these needs are not met.
