Project Management for Beginners using AI and n8n Automation

Participants learn to create practical, smart workflows that automatically collect data from everyday office tools such as MS Teams, Slack, Jira, and others. Through real industry case studies, they also see how automation is used in actual project environments. Using AI, they analyse and summarise information, identify risks and priorities, and generate clear daily or weekly project reports or emails. The workshop focuses on clarity, confidence-building, and practical skills that can be applied immediately.

By the end of the training, learners understand core day-to-day project-management activities and leave with customised automation workflows that save time, reduce manual effort, and significantly improve project visibility and performance.
