ProcessCommunication Model® - Level 2: Master Stress and Improve Your Interactions

This advanced Process Communication Model® - Level 2 training enables you to refine your communication and stress management skills. You will learn to:

  • Establish effective communication by using each person’s preferred channels and perceptions to better understand and interact with them.
  • Identify and manage personal and professional failure patterns in order to prevent their negative consequences.
  • Recognize emotions and behaviors associated with different levels of stress so you can respond appropriately in challenging situations.
  • Analyze phase and phasing dynamics to adapt your communication to each personality type.
  • Develop clear personal and professional action plans to apply your skills and resolve conflicts more effectively.
  • Implement effective intervention strategies in situations involving stress or conflict.

By the end of this training, you will be able to respond quickly and effectively to communication and stress-related challenges and use the PCM model to improve your results with colleagues, clients, and teams.

Content

In this training, we will explore how to:

  • Communicate effectively by using the preferred channels and perceptions of each personality type.
  • Understand miscommunication and its causes in stressful situations.
  • Examine Drivers and their influence on behavior.
  • Identify and resolve your personal and professional failure patterns.
  • Understand the three degrees of miscommunication and the associated emotional reactions.
  • Move beyond the four myths that disrupt communication.
  • Manage personal and professional stress proactively.
  • Resolve conflicts effectively in your interactions.
  • Define and apply an intervention strategy tailored to each situation.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of this training, participants will be able to:

  • apply appropriate intervention strategies in situations of stress and miscommunication
  • identify and manage failure patterns in order to prevent negative consequences
  • understand the emotional issues associated with each personality type
