Practical Use of Generative AI for Administrative and Support Services

This training aims to introduce participants to the practical and contextualized use of generative AI in their daily tasks. Participants will learn how to formulate effective prompts for various AI tools, thereby optimizing their workflows in administrative and support departments. Through five interactive sessions, participants will be introduced to the field and its key challenges, and will explore practical use cases, live demonstrations, and guided exercises to master the use of generative AI technologies available on the market.
