Mastering Digital Tenders: Methodology and Building a Differentiated Proposal

This training module aims to provide participants with the foundations of a rigorous and high-performing approach to responding to IT tenders. Too often, responses lack structure or fail to fully articulate the organization’s value proposition.

This module addresses these gaps by introducing a systematic methodology that enables participants to anticipate expectations, reduce uncertainty, and secure each stage of the response process.

Participants will be guided in effectively mobilizing internal resources, showcasing the organization’s distinctive strengths, and translating these into persuasive arguments. Particular emphasis will be placed on engaging sponsors and stakeholders to ensure collective alignment and the development of a coherent and impactful proposal.

By the end of the module, participants will be equipped with practical tools and a proven methodology to design clear, structured, and differentiated proposals capable of standing out in a highly competitive environment.
