Inmaculada FARFAN VELASCO
See trainer's courses.Inmaculada Farfan Velasco is Project Manager in the European Data and Related Services Unit at the Publications Office of the European Union. In his unit, she manages and coordinates projects under the European Data Portal to support the implementation of European data policies. Between her projects, she manages the data.europa academy – the learning hub of open data – by developing learning materials to upskill data competencies.
Pavlina FRAGKOU
See trainer's courses.Pavlina Fragkou is a Knowledge Manager in the European Data and Related Services Unit at the Publications Office of the European Union. She previously served for six years as a Seconded National Expert in the Interoperability Unit at DG DIGIT. Her work focuses on the maintenance of the European Data Portal, which harvests metadata from open datasets, including high-value datasets. With over a decade of experience managing national IT systems in the Greek public sector, she holds a PhD in Computer Science from the Technical University of Thessaloniki, specialising in Machine Learning and Computational Linguistics.
