This 2-day accelerator helps entrepreneurs, founders and growth-focused professionals, sales & marketing, product owners, business line leaders, consultants strengthen a business, commercial activity or business project by focusing on practical growth strategy, business model design and hidden asset discovery. The course is not positioned as a technical AI course. Its main focus is entrepreneurship and business growth: increasing value from existing customers through upsell, acquiring new clients, testing new markets, finding hidden assets already available in the business, network or ecosystem and designing enhanced products or services. Participants work with proven business concepts used by leading entrepreneurs and business schools: economic growth levers, Porter competitive strategy and value-chain logic, Business Model Canvas, hidden-asset audit and prioritization, Harvard-style case decision discipline and MIT-style experimentation. Applied AI is used as a practical support layer for market analysis, competitor comparison, hidden-asset inventory, scenario thinking, business model design, message drafting and roadmap execution. By the end, participants leave with a clear growth diagnosis, a stronger value proposition, an offer and upsell ladder, new-client and new-market routes, an enhanced product/service concept, a hidden-asset opportunity map and a 30/90-day action roadmap ready to test. By learning how to lever Applied AI, the participant can create future value for his/her start-up, business, sales department, business or business line. |

Day 1 : Baseline challenge map; four-dimensional growth scan covering upsell, new clients, new markets and enhanced products; hidden-asset scan covering trust, relationships, knowledge, data, platforms and past program value; growth diagnostic scorecard; target segments and customer economics; positioning and differentiation; Porter trade-offs; Business Model Canvas; enhanced offer/product design; Day 1 decision log.
Day 2 : growth levers; upsell ladder and offer architecture; pricing, margin and scope control; retention and repeat business; referrals, new-client channels, new-market entry and partnerships; hidden-asset prioritization and activation; enhanced product and business model innovation; applied AI for business analysis and design; 30/90-day roadmap and final pitch. In the afternoon we have a practical session on using Applied AI together with the models, the hidden-asset lens and templates to create a practical framework for business growth.
