ELEMENTS OF AI – Closing Conference
The Luxembourg Ministry of State’s Department of Media, Connectivity and Digital Policy and the Digital Learning Hub, together with the Institut de Formation de l’Éducation nationale (IFEN) are pleased to invite you to the Elements of AI Luxembourg Closing Conference which will take place on May 20th 2026 as from 2.00 pm at the Digital Learning Hub (Auditorium) in Belval.
Celebrating the success of the 2026 edition of the programme, marked by an unprecedented number of participants, the event will feature leading figures and national players.
The conference will be opened by Ms. Elisabeth Margue, Minister Delegate to the Prime Minister for Media and Connectivity.

Serge Linckels
See trainer's courses.Dr. Serge Linckels is the managing director of the Digital Learning Hub. Serge has 22 years of experience as a teacher at the Lycée Guillaume Kroll and as an associate lecturer at the University of Luxembourg. He holds a degree in computer science and an engineering degree, as well as a PhD in semantic technologies from the Hasso-Plattner-Institut, a research field in Artificial Intelligence. 30 scientific publications bear his name. He is the author of 3 books.
