The training is designed to provide participants with an applied understanding of how hiring works, which skills carry a wage premium in the current market, and how to build a data-informed personal job search strategy. The training also provides a guide or personal AI

strategy informing EU regulatory framework for AI systems and what it means in practice for professionals who build, deploy, or work with AI tools.

Content

The programme covers:

  • Short lectures introducing economic and behavioural concepts in plain, accessible terms
  • Hands-on data exercises using real, publicly available labour market datasets
  • Applied data analysis exercises with guided interpretation of outputs in a job search context
  • Group discussion and peer feedback
  • Live worked examples: the trainer builds a complete My Market Signal on Day 1 and works through three regulatory cases on Day 2.
Training Method

The training follows an interactive workshop format combining keynote lecture, hands-on coding, group design work, presentations, and experiential learning.
