AI Academy - Motivation & Stress management

This training helps participants understand the connection between motivation, recognition, psychological needs and stress in the workplace. Participants explore how different sources of motivation influence behaviour, engagement and communication, both for themselves and for others. The module also highlights what happens when psychological needs are not met positively, and how frustration can gradually lead to stress, miscommunication and tension.

Content

Participants will explore the psychological needs that influence motivation, engagement and behaviour, and understand how these needs shape communication, cooperation and reactions in professional environments. The training also focuses on practical approaches to recognition and daily motivation, helping participants identify simple behaviours that encourage self-motivation, strengthen team dynamics and contribute to a more positive working atmosphere.

Through interactive exercises and real-life situations, participants will learn how to adapt their communication style to different motivational profiles in order to create greater engagement, attention and clarity during meetings, presentations and collaborative work. The programme also examines the impact of unmet psychological needs, highlighting how frustration can affect behaviour, reduce motivation and weaken communication and relationships.

Finally, the training addresses the relationship between stress and communication breakdowns. Participants will learn how stress can distort messages, generate misunderstandings and create tension, while developing strategies to identify early signs of stress, prevent escalation and manage difficult situations more effectively before they turn into conflicts.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of the training, participants will be able to apply a daily strategy to support motivation and well-being, both for themselves and within their professional environment. They will be able to recognize different psychological needs, motivate others more effectively, detect early signs of stress and use appropriate communication techniques to anticipate and de-escalate potential conflict.

Training Method

The training combines short theoretical inputs with practical exercises, real-life examples and group discussions
