Intelligent Automation in a day (ENG)
An interactive, guided training where you’ll learn how to automate end-to-end business processes using Power Automate.
Objective: Improve efficiency, reduce human error, and easily integrate AI capabilities into your daily automations.
You will learn how to:
- Create automated flows triggered by events (emails, forms, files, etc.)
- Integrate ready-to-use AI models with AI Builder, such as form analysis, image recognition, or text classification
- Connect dozens of applications (SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.) to orchestrate your data
- Build robust, intelligent, and secure automations – without writing a single line of code
All of this will be put into practice through a hands-on workshop using a realistic business scenario, guiding you step-by-step to build your own intelligent automation solution.
Content
- Introduction to basic concepts and definitions
- Overview of Power Platform, Power Automate, and AI Builder
- Presentation of scenarios to be created by participants
- Scenario walkthrough: Creating and using a workflow, Hyperautomation – integration with Power Automate cloud and AI via AI Builder, advanced topics (error handling, unattended flows, introduction to process mining…)
- Roadmap & licensing
Learning Outcomes
By the end of the day, participants will be able to:
- Create automated flows with Power Automate to trigger actions without human intervention
- Integrate AI models with AI Builder (Form Processing, Classification, AI Prompts…) into their workflows
- Connect multiple data sources and automate cross-application tasks between Microsoft and third-party apps
- Handle errors, monitor executions, and optimise flow performance
- Design a complete automation solution tailored to a concrete business use case
Training Method
In-person training. Throughout the day, we’ll alternate between theory and practice, including labs where participants will build their own automations with guided support.
