AI-Enhanced Learning for Professionals
This seminar equips professionals with practical techniques to turn AI into a learning accelerator for virtually any subject. Designed with business leaders, self-driven professionals, and Learning & Development teams in mind.
Participants will explore how tools like NotebookLM, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot can help them:
● Build personalised tutors and study plans
● Extract and summarise key insights from complex materials
● Generate practice questions, tests, and case studies
● Adapt difficulty, format, and examples to role and task
● Keep learning momentum with AI-driven reminders and micro-learning
You’ll learn to treat AI as a private, on-demand tutor, capable of accelerating your acquisition of new competences — from mastering a new software tool to building subject matter expertise — while still working in real-world professional contexts.
We will also briefly address where not to rely on AI:
● As a substitute for contacting regulated professionals — medical doctors, lawyers, psychiatrists, psychotherapists etc.
● To replace coaching roles — life coach, business coach, or any field where human empathy, judgment, and ethical responsibility are core
● Regarding physical skills — sports or fitness coaching (e.g., correcting your kettlebell swing) where poor technique may cause injury
While AI can generate compelling explanations, exercises, and study materials, it remains a language-generating system — not a substitute for confidential, regulated, or embodied human expertise. Use it as a powerful assistant, not a replacement for human contact in these domains.

- Build a reusable tutor prompt (teach → quiz → check).
- Create an organised study space from 1–2 documents/links.
- Produce one artefact (quiz, skill’s (gap) report, SOP snippet) aligned to the job.
- Run a verification step (source tags/links or compare to manual).
- Launch a 30-day plan with weekly checkpoints and simple metrics.
Training Method
- Short demos — foundational concepts, best/worst practice examples
- Guided exercises — participants work on real learning goals
- Scenario practice — AI-assisted role-plays and problem-solving
- Peer exchange — sharing learning approaches within the group
