Newsletter terms of use
The newsletter service is a personal data processing managed by the Digital Learning Hub ("DLH").
Purpose of data processing
The purpose of the processing is to manage the sending of the DLH's newsletter.
Objectives
It allows the DLH to manage newsletter subscriptions.
Legal basis
This data processing is based on the consent of the data subject (Article 6, paragraph 1, point a) of the General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter "GDPR"). This consent can be withdrawn at any time.
Recipients of processed data
The processed data are accessible to the DLH members in charge of the management/technical maintenance of the newsletter.
Categories of data processed
Email address, Subscription date.
Mandatory nature of data collection
The collection of the email address is mandatory for sending the newsletter.
Data subjects
The data processing concerns people who wish to subscribe or unsubscribe from the DLH's newsletter.
Data retention period
The DLH retains the email address until the data subject unsubscribes. The data subject may unsubscribe at any time via a link provided in each newsletter or directly on the DLH's website.
Rights of the data subject
You can access your data and obtain a copy (Article 15 of the GDPR), obtain the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data (Article 16 of the GDPR), and the limitation of processing under the conditions provided for by Article 18 of the same regulation.
For any questions regarding the processing of your personal data carried out by the DLH, and for any request related to the exercise of your rights, you can contact the DLH by proving your identity (i.e., by attaching a readable and valid copy of your identity document to your request).
Complaint
If you believe that the processing of your data by the DLH constitutes a breach of the GDPR, you can file a complaint with the CNPD (Commission Nationale pour la Protection des Données, having its headquarters at
