Tokenization: From Concept to Market

This course provides a comprehensive exploration of tokenization, from its foundational concepts to real-world market applications. Participants will learn how to create, manage, and deploy tokens on blockchain networks, with a focus on popular standards like ERC-20 (fungible tokens) and ERC-721 (non-fungible tokens) / ERC-1155. Additional tokenization standards such as ERC-1400, ERC-3643, ERC-1450, ERC-2980, and CMAT (compliance standard) will also be covered. The course addresses the entire lifecycle of tokenization, including design, development, deployment, and integration into decentralized applications (dApps).

Throughout the course, we will use real-world use cases to demonstrate tokenization in action. For example, participants will tokenize assets such as real estate, art, or loyalty points, Intellectual Property: Tokenizing patents, copyrights, and royalties, commodities (tokenizing assets like gold, oil, or agricultural products) etc., gaining hands-on experience in transforming real-world assets into blockchain-based tokens.

Content

This course will cover:

  • Understanding the fundamentals of tokenization and its use cases in industries like finance, art, gaming, and supply chain.
  • Designing and programming tokens using Solidity and deploying them on Ethereum-compatible networks.
  • Exploring token standards, including ERC-20, ERC-721, and ERC-1155, and their practical applications.
  • Integrating tokens into dApps and understanding their interaction with smart contracts.
  • Navigating legal, regulatory, and compliance considerations for tokenization.
  • Launching tokens in the “market”, including token economics, distribution strategies, and marketing.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of this training, participants will be able to:

  • Understand the fundamentals of tokenization and its applications across industries.
  • Design and develop tokens using Solidity and deploy them on blockchain networks.
  •   Gain proficiency in token standards such as ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155, ERC-1400, ERC-3643, ERC-1450, and ERC-2980.
  • Integrate tokens into decentralized applications (dApps) and smart contracts.
  • Navigate legal, regulatory, and compliance aspects of tokenization.
  • Develop strategies for token economics, distribution, and market launch.
  • Use tools like Remix, Hardhat, and MetaMask for token development and deployment.
  • Build a complete tokenization project from concept to market readiness.
  • Apply tokenization to real-world use cases, such as tokenizing real estate, art, or loyalty points.
