This comprehensive course covers product management methodologies, best practices, and frameworks. Learners will navigate the end-to-end development cycle and explore key components of product management, such as the product development life cycle, the most common Product Management frameworks for writing product roadmaps and user stories, as well as go-to-market strategies, career development, and product leadership.

- From ideation to launch: the product development cycle
- The role of the Product Manager
- Product strategy and vision
- Product management frameworks and methodologies for software development: agile, scrum, kanban
- Working with the engineering teams
- Defining metrics and success criteria
- An example of a go to market strategy focused on product (product-led growth)
Learning Outcomes
Upon completion, participants will be able to:

- Describe the role and responsibilities of the product managers in tech companies

- Practice product development techniques by translating an idea from concept to user stories
Training Method
This module is a mix of theory, frameworks, real life examples and practical exercises such as role plays, team projects and mock interviews. Learners will apply the end to end process of translating ideas and product visions from conceptualization to user stories. They will learn how to define the product vision, identify user personas and write user stories.
