From Vision to Delivery: Successful IT and UX Project Management with Agile and Waterfall

This course offers a solid foundation in the core concepts and practices of project management, with a specific focus on IT and UX projects. Participants will learn to distinguish between Waterfall and Agile methodologies, including their advantages, disadvantages, and key roles. The training covers the Agile Manifesto and its principles, product vision and stakeholder analysis, as well as the Triple Track Agile approach. In addition, participants will explore building cross-functional teams, team-building best practices, and essential risk management strategies. By the end of the course, attendees will have the knowledge and tools to effectively guide projects from initial vision to successful delivery.
