Executive Masterclass on Amazon’s Innovation Strategies and Tactics to foster entrepreneurial mindset for its employees

This full-day session combines discussions and workshops to explore the leadership and organizational practices of successful organizations, that foster an agile and innovative company culture. Participants will dive into various corporate mental models, which empower employee autonomy and encourage bias for action. They will practice mechanisms that keep innovation customer-focused and explore tools and practices that ensure consistency in company values, even during periods of rapid growth. Additionally, the session provides an opportunity to compare the approaches and strategies used by various successful organizations, like Amazon, Netflix, Tesla, or Apple, offering valuable insights and actionable takeaways for enhancing organizational agility and innovation.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of the course, participants will gain a practical understanding of the principles and best practices driving agility and innovation in leading global corporations. They will explore real-life examples of impactful corporate mission statements, leadership principles, and internal management tools. 

The course will cover key mechanisms spanning the employee lifecycle, from hiring and talent development to performance evaluation, providing actionable insights to apply within their own organizations.
