This interactive training helps IT and AI professionals build confidence and clarity in public speaking, whether presenting in-person, online, or in hybrid settings. Participants learn how to manage performance stress, make their message impactful, and use empathy to connect with technical and non-technical audiences. Key topics include stress regulation techniques, body language cues, tone of voice, storytelling, audience engagement, and adapting to feedback. Through practical exercises, peer feedback, and guided speaking practice, participants will develop concrete tools to speak with presence, trust, and impact in digital and professional environments.

Session 1: Set the Scene

  • Tone of voice: volume, pace, emotional resonance
  • Embracing performance stress as a resource
  • Stress management and visualization before speaking
  • Mood & energy priming: internal mood setting and audience priming techniques

Session 2: Rock the Stage

  • Using space: walking the room and connecting with people
  • In-the-moment stress regulation strategies
  • Body language cues for trust and credibility
  • The neuroscience of storytelling
  • Responding to questions with confidence
  • Reading audience micro-expressions and adapting naturally
  • Closing with impact and defining follow-up
