ProcessCommunication Model® - Level 1: Improve your communication and your Leadership
While the content of a message is important, the way it is delivered is essential for creating authentic and fluid communication.
The Process Communication Model® is a powerful tool that helps decode different personality types, analyze communication mechanisms, and recognize stress signals - both in yourself and in others. By helping you better understand your own emotional reactions and behaviors, this method provides key insights to enhance the quality of your interactions, regardless of your interlocutor or professional context.
This training is designed for IT managers and leaders, technical team leaders, and professionals looking to refine their communication skills and strengthen their leadership. Prior experience in management or team leadership is required.

This training will cover:
- Introduction to the ProcessCommunication Model®
- Different perceptions and personality types
- Personality structure, communication preferences, and biases
- Understanding various interaction styles
- Identifying personality types and their communication processes
- Choosing the right communication channel for effective interactions
- Preferred environments for each personality type
- Psychological needs and motivation
- Recognizing stress signals and underlying drivers
- Identifying the behaviors of the six personality types under stress
- Overcoming miscommunication to better manage conflicts

By the end of this training, participants will be able to:
- Master the fundamentals and applications of Process Communication in interpersonal relationships.
- Identify the six personality types and their communication processes to prevent misunderstandings.

Additional Information
This training is based on the Process Communication Model® (PCM). Therefore, each participant must complete their PCM Personality Inventory before the session. A link will be sent to you one week before the training, inviting you to fill out your personality questionnaire. Your profile will be provided during the training and will serve as a foundation for better understanding and applying the concepts covered.Organised By
