Introduction to Product Management
This course covers key topics, such as : the definition of a “product”, the different phases of the Product Development Cycle, the role of the Product Manager, Agile and Scrum software development methodologies and building product roadmaps. Participants will apply this knowledge in a hands-on exercise and learn about practical cases and industry case studies.
This module offers a concise overview of the product life cycle from ideation to launch and summarizes the key concepts from Module 2 – The Fundamentals of Product Management. In just one day, learners will cover essential areas of product management with a focus on critical aspects of product development.

Learning Outcomes
At the end of this course, participants will be able to:
- Understand the key concepts of Product Management across various industries
- Describe the role and responsibilities of the Product Managers in tech companies
- Understand the difference between product manager, project manager and product owner
- Acquire essential knowledge about the main software development methodologies (waterfall, scrum, agile) and their differences
