Aurélie Poncelet
Aurélie est diplômée Ingénieure Civile de l’Université Catholique de Louvain-la-Neuve et titulaire de deux masters complémentaires, le premier en management - également obtenu à l’U.C.L. - et le second en gestion des risques financiers – option audit, contrôle et révisorat - obtenu à HEC-ULg École de Gestion de l’Université de Liège.
Après une expérience de 3 ans en tant qu’auditrice chez PwC Luxembourg suivie d’une expérience de 4 ans en tant que chef de projet chez Smets, elle a rejoint l’équipe de MindForest en 2015 en tant que « Delivery Manager » - « gestionnaire de prestation » et consultante en Change Management.
En tant que consultante chez MindForest, Aurélie a accompagné plusieurs projets de déménagements, incluant des changements culturels mais aussi un projet international de changement de procédures. En interne, Aurélie est également en charge de l’optimisation et de l’harmonisation des procédures et des ressources. Elle a coordonné le projet de plateforme en gestion du changement www.changex.center. Aurélie est certifiée en gestion du changement par PROSCI.
