Training Method
The participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of product management as well as of the role of a product manager. This course is a mix of theory, frameworks, real life examples and practical exercises such as role plays, team projects and mock interviews. Learners will apply the end to end process of translating ideas and product visions from conceptualization to user stories. They will learn how to define the product vision, identify user personas and write user stories.
